1. Terms and Conditions

Ethum Group is committed to delivering top-quality Software as a Service (SAAS) to its valued customers. Our services encompass both Subscription Services and Professional Services, ensuring comprehensive and efficient support to meet your business needs. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you gain access to the Subscription Services and Documentation, which are available throughout the Term for use by your Authorized Users.

We hereby grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and utilize the Subscription Services and Documentation solely for internal purposes. Unauthorized re-selling or distribution of our services is strictly prohibited. Our team is dedicated to providing secure access to the SAAS through the internet on a 24×7 basis, with the exception of pre-communicated maintenance periods.

To protect your valuable data, we employ robust measures in our Hosting facility to safeguard against unauthorized access or loss. Additionally, our team stands ready to offer user support during official hours to address any queries or concerns.

As a Customer, you hold the responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account access, passwords, and files. You must take appropriate measures to protect your equipment, infrastructure, and data communication connections against potential threats such as viruses or malware.

We take pride in providing exceptional services, supported by our expertise and experience. However, we do not guarantee specific results for every individual as outcomes may vary based on various factors beyond our control. You acknowledge that your choices and actions are ultimately your own responsibility.

Regarding payment and fees, all subscriptions are on a recurring basis and are billed automatically. You are accountable for all outstanding fees and any taxes associated with your orders. Late payment may attract additional fees, so we encourage timely remittance to avoid any inconvenience.

If you choose to terminate our services, a two-month notice period is required, and you shall be liable for all fees accrued until the Termination Date. We retain ownership of our intellectual property, including any materials provided throughout the service.

Confidentiality is of utmost importance to us, and both parties agree to keep proprietary or confidential information confidential. Our liability is limited to the extent allowed by law, and we are not responsible for certain incidents, including data loss or damage arising from improper use of the SAAS.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between both parties, superseding all prior discussions or negotiations. Amendments to this Agreement require written consent from authorized representatives.

In the event of force majeure, neither party will be held liable for failure to perform obligations. We may include links to third-party websites, but we disclaim responsibility for their content.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of the same shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this Agreement.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of our services’ terms and commit to compliance throughout our engagement.
